Lottie was really congested and breathing heavy. We Suctioned out her snot with the a nose frida multiple times a day, which she hates. We took her nightly into our second bathroom which we called J Spa.
We would Steam the bathroom helping her loosen the junk up and then use saline drops also to break it up.
